1. Shipping Policy
Shipping
At Dahllska, each piece is handcrafted made-to-order. This process takes time and dedication to ensure the quality of each creation.
Production Time
Our products are made exclusively after the order is confirmed.
Estimated production time: between 7 and 15 business days. During high demand periods, this time may be extended. In that case, we will inform the customer by email.
Delivery Time
Once production is finished, the order will be shipped via a courier service with tracking. The shipping time will depend on the destination country.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number that will be sent by email once the package has been dispatched.
Customs
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Returns Policy
Returns
We want you to enjoy your Dahllska piece for a long time.
If for any reason you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so in accordance with applicable law for products that are not customized.
Customized Products
Pieces made with colors, materials, or features specifically chosen by the customer cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Dahllska.
Product Condition
To accept a return, the item must:
Not have been used;
Retain its original condition;
Include the original packaging whenever possible.
Defective Products
If you receive a damaged item or one with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and its packaging.
3. Warranty
All our products are covered by the applicable legal warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from use;
Damage resulting from improper use;
Modifications made by third parties;
Prolonged exposure to water, humidity, or extreme heat when care instructions indicate to avoid it.
4. Personalization Policy
Many of our pieces can be made according to your preferences.
You will be able to choose, depending on the model:
Color;
Material;
Type of handle;
Once the production has started, it will not be possible to modify the order.
